This is a user-generated opinion polling system where grass-root community members will voice their choices for a given proposal.

Needs: Our client would like to perceive a fast feedback from community on short proposals. The voting must be anonymously, and the polling result shall be available close to real-time.

Solutions: AcuRapid is developing an interactive web-based user-generated opinion-polling system, arranging and displaying the results in real-time. We are developing the system by addressing the problems with group decision support system, anonymous balloting algorithm, asynchronous interaction of voters with the system, frequency of voters’ responses, their connection point, and date-time of election. The system also includes easy-to-use interface, rating, graphical demographics, analytics of results, and API to generate users’ polls in other public social networks such as Facebook, Tweeter, and Linkedin.

The overall goal is to provide a transparent, yet anonymous community census regarding given proposals and provide user-generated opinion-polls in real time, eliminating possible duplicity and misappropriation.
